Property owners provide opportunity details including audience demographics, reach metrics, and pricing. Brands submit enquiry details including budget range and campaign objectives. This data is stored to facilitate partnerships.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform — pages visited, search queries, filters applied, and time spent. This helps us improve the product.
Device & Technical Data
We collect IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system for security, fraud prevention, and analytics purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
Platform Operations
To provide, maintain, and improve the BrandPartnership marketplace — including matching brands with relevant opportunities, processing enquiries, and sending transactional communications.
Communications
We send account-related emails (verification, password reset, enquiry notifications) and, with your consent, product updates and partnership recommendations.
Analytics & Product Improvement
Aggregated, anonymised usage data helps us understand which features are valuable and where users face friction. We do not sell individual-level data.

3. Data Sharing
Between Users
When a brand submits an enquiry, the property owner receives the brand's name, company, and enquiry details. Property owners' listing data is visible to all registered brands.

We share data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
